What is an activity or hobby you do outside of work? I鈥檒l take any excuse to be near the water. Whether it鈥檚 a pool, lake, or ocean, I love to swim, try new water sports, and just relax. Check out Davidson鈥檚 Lake Campus to see how our community takes advantage of Lake Norman!
Why Davidson? The people. From the moment I first connected with Davidson, it was clear how deeply this community invests in one another. Professors mentor with enthusiasm, peers collaborate and cheer each other on, and staff find every chance to help students achieve their goals. Davidson is a place where students are encouraged to learn, unlearn, grow, and take risks鈥攌nowing they鈥檙e surrounded by people who are unconditionally rooting for them.
How would you spend a spare afternoon in the Lake Norman or Charlotte area? Charlotte and Davidson are full of great spots for live music, which is my favorite way to end a day. Whether it鈥檚 a packed stadium, a blanket on a lawn, or the back porch of a cozy coffee shop, there鈥檚 always a concert nearby.
