If you would like to request to be added to a course that is already full, complete this request form for Math and Computer Science courses. While you wait for a response, continue to try to add the course during the add/drop period if a seat becomes available.

Complete this form no later than 5pm on the second day of the semester in which you would like to do an Independent Study. If your request is approved, then complete the Registrar's Independent Study Form by the college deadline.
Complete and submit the appropriate form at the end of this document no later than the end of the first week of classes of the fall semester of the senior year (recommended by the end of the advising period of the spring of the junior year).
